Walking skeleton
Stage 0 intake writes a real respondent record to Cosmos. Microsoft 365 guest invitation fires through the SWA managed identity. App Insights shows the trace end-to-end.

Full intake
Stages 1 through 4. Practices assessment with multi-respondent capture. Document upload with reliability scoring. Pressure-signal checklist and employee pulse.

Claude reads the captured diagnostic and produces a triangulated priority map. Confidence labels, evidence linkage, and a hard cost cap of one dollar per run.

Consultant overrides AI findings with a written rationale. Builds the problem-statement bundle, the SOW, and a printable client report.

Signed, idempotent payload to LINX Connect. HMAC headers, retry queue, replay button, and a Teams webhook on every crisis flag.

Production go-live. First cohort of manually-onboarded clients migrated. On-call escalation, alert rules, and a load test at one hundred concurrent diagnostics.
